The hotel affiliated with the event is the Sheraton Parco de Medici Rome Hotel.
Reservations for the Hotel can only be made from monday to friday by specifying at the time of booking that they are for the ROMA ARCHERY TROPHY which will be held from December 13th to 16th 2019.
Check out is expected by 12.00 a.m. on the day of departure: after this time an extra cost will be charged
When booking, a credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation.
It will be possible to cancel the reservation without penalty up until 6.00 pm on 11 November 2019.
The offer includes a price of 85 euros for a double room for single use and 85 euros for a double room and 115 euros for a triple room
The price includes buffet breakfast, wi-fi and access to gyms.
VAT (Valued Added Tax 10%) and city tax are excluded.

TRANSPORTS
Dear Athlete,
this year again, on the occasion of the T.R.U. Ball Axcel - Roma Archery Trophy, scheduled at the Fiera di Roma from 13 to 15 December 2019, the organization of the event will provide a free transport service exclusively for athletes and companions who will stay at the Sheraton Parco de' Medici Hotel.
The transport service will be carried out as follows:

Days 12 and 13 December, from 8.00 am to 11.00 pm, from Rome Fiumicino Airport to the Sheraton Parco de' Medici Hotel;

Days 13, 14 and 15 December, from the start time to the end of the event, from the Sheraton Hotel to the competition field set up at the Fiera di Roma - Pavilion nr 1. The departure times of the shuttle service will be published on the site;

Day 15 December, from the Sheraton hotel or from the Fiera di Roma, to the Rome Fiumicino airport;

Day 16 December, from 7.00 am to 2.00 pm, from the Sheraton Hotel to Rome Fiumicino airport.
